Learn the principles of bioinformatics as a multidisciplinary science and its application approaches. Learn how to work on basal bioinformatics programs; understand their parameters, algorithms and application purposes. Learn how to understand and interpret results and bioinformatics programs outputs.

The trainee will be able to choose the suitable bioinformatics technique for the biological question being asked.

  • The trainee will be able to explain the resulted outputs and give scientific comments and argument about it.
  • The trainee will be well- prepared to study and navigate in advanced bioinformatics techniques and tools for further scientific and professional purposes
