

Under the auspices of Professor Dr. Mohamed Rashad Abdel Fattah, Acting Director of the City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications, and within the framework of the City's enlightening and community role in raising digital awareness and protecting data in light of the current technological transformation, the City organized an awareness lecture on Monday, January 19, 2026, entitled: "Information Security and Your Personal Life." The City hosted Dr. Mohamed Abdel Fattah, an information security expert and systems engineer at the global company Fortinet, to deliver the lecture. The event was attended by deans of research institutes, members of the research staff and administrators of the City, and IT specialists, at the City's headquarters in New Borg El Arab City, Alexandria.
